How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency of this tangerine oil?
Consistency is controlled by releasing every lot against the same specification and comparing it to a retained reference profile.
Controls
- Identical botanical source and process route lot to lot.
- Density and refractive index held inside 0.825-0.890 (20/20 °C) / 1.440-1.490 (20 °C).
- GC-MS fingerprint compared with the reference profile before release.
- Retention sample stored for re-test within the shelf life.
