How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency of this Citrus × limon oil?
Consistency is controlled by releasing every lot against the same specification and comparing it to a retained reference profile.
Controls
- Same cultivar source and process route lot to lot.
- Density and refractive index held inside 0.830-0.890 (25/25 °C) / 1.450-1.490 (25 °C).
- GC-MS fingerprint compared with the reference profile before release.
- Retention sample stored for re-test within the shelf life.
