Is there a national or ISO standard for red date concrete?

There is no single GB/T or QB/T product standard for red date concrete (std.samr.gov.cn has no entry) and no dedicated ISO (international none for jujube extract/concrete). Top builds the spec on: GB 17325-2015 (National Food Safety Standard — Concentrates for food industry, the concentrate-form framework), the enterprise standard Q/XXXX (Brix / total sugar / total acid / polysaccharides + patulin), and the medicine-food dual-use status (ChP 2020 Vol I Da-zao, cAMP assay reference).

Must-Test

GB 2761-2017 patulin limit (jujube is prone to moulding) verified by GB 5009.185.

Background

GB/T 31121-2014 (fruit-veg juice).

Methods

GB 5009.8 (sugars), GB/T 14454.2-2008.

EP/USP jujube monograph is a reference. Buyers may name Q/XXXX as acceptance basis.
