Do you test heavy metals and residual solvents?
Yes. Every lot is heavy-metal screened (Pb, As, Hg, Cd per food-safety limits) and microbiologically checked (total plate count, coliforms, mould/yeast — a food concentrate) on the COA.
Because the process is aqueous extraction (no organic solvent), residual-solvent risk is essentially nil and GB 5009.262 is not the controlling test; we instead emphasize patulin (GB 2761 / GB 5009.185, mandatory for jujube) and micro/heavy-metal safety. We do not release a lot exceeding heavy-metal, micro or patulin limits.
Buyers can request the specific panel and third-party verification.
