Top keeps an orchard-to-concentrate ledger and can issue a lot-specific traceability dossier (orchard → harvest → extraction → concentrate). For audit, Top provides the supply-chain statement, batch COA and assay (Brix / total sugar / cAMP / patulin).
Traceability traces the fruit lot through extraction to the finished concentrate. Because jujube is a medicine-food dual-use crop, the ledger also records the food-grade handling (purified water, cleanroom filling).
