How much do samples cost and how are they delivered?
Sample pricing: free (first 1-2 for active inquiries) or cost-based for repeats — typical cost price for a 10 g evaluation sample of zhike fruit peel oil is a few USD plus the mini-COA pack, well under any courier minimum charge; the freight line (DHL/FedEx/UPS, ~USD 30-60 to major markets for a small packet) usually dominates. We can also consolidate several oils from the G4S natural range into one sample shipment to spread the freight.
Delivery: samples leave within 2-4 working days of payment/confirmation and reach most destinations in 3-7 working days door-to-door; we provide tracking immediately. Cold-chain is not required for samples (see transport FAQ), but during hot months samples are sent with light insulation where sensible, and amber bottles are used to protect the citrus character in transit.
