What physicochemical properties does zhike fruit peel oil have (density, refractive index, rotation, acid/ester value)?

Zhike fruit peel oil has no dedicated national product standard, so properties are defined per batch by enterprise specification. Indicative windows from Chinese trade sheets and published citrus data for this distillate family: relative density roughly 0.850-0.930 (20/20°C) — Chinese zhike/bitter-peel trade sheets commonly cite 0.900-0.930, while expressed ripe bitter-orange peel oil sits at 0.840-0.862 (a different article); refractive index about 1.465-1.480 (20°C); optical rotation is process- and maturity-dependent and must be taken from the batch COA (expressed bitter-orange peel runs +88° to +98°, but zhike steam distillate differs and should never be assumed equal); acid and ester values are reported per method and lot.

G4S recommends drafting an enterprise standard around the bitter-orange peel / daidai-leaf family (QB/T 4231-2011 windows as the ester-rich reference) and fixing density, refractive index, rotation range and GC fingerprint per production lot; every shipment states measured values, temperature and method on the COA.
