Standard range: 100 g / 250 g / 500 g / 1 kg aluminium bottles (food-grade epoxy-lined), 5 kg aluminium cans, and 25 kg lacquer-lined or food-grade stainless/galvanised drums; HDPE is not recommended for long-term storage of terpenoid citrus oils. Optional upgrades: nitrogen blanketing before sealing (protects the limonene fraction from oxidation — recommended for premium/selected grades), custom labels/barcodes/cartons for private label, and inner-bag or drum liners for food-path shipments.
Fill size is matched to the shipment channel (courier-friendly small bottles, palletised drums for sea). Amber/opaque or foil-wrapped units are used for sun-exposed legs of the journey; every unit carries batch number, production date, net weight and the required hazard labelling when classified as flammable. Custom packaging adds 5-10 days to lead time and a one-off artwork/preparation cost quoted per programme.
