What IFRA and allergen compliance should buyers observe?

Osmanthus concrete is a low-sensitiser natural floral material (no classic IFRA-restricted terpenes / phototoxins among its main constituents), but buyers should still screen under IFRA and the EU 26-allergen list and follow the Cosmetic Safety Technical Specification (China) and EU 1223/2009 allergen labelling. Top supplies the material and supports the safety review; for sensitive categories (baby, leave-on near mucosa) keep levels conservative.

Food use follows GB 2760-2024 / EU 1334/2008 / US 21 CFR, not IFRA. The buyer's formulator remains responsible for end-product compliance.

Because the concrete carries residual solvent if not fully recovered, Top confirms solvent residue (GB 5009.262) so the cosmetic/food formulator can judge compatibility.
