What are the main applications of osmanthus concrete?

Primary Applications

fine fragrance and personal care (the apricot/peach, tea-like, precious "oriental floral" note — perfumes, soaps, shampoos, body lotions, lip care, candles); food and beverage flavour (tea, dairy, bakery, confectionery — the natural osmanthus note; label per GB 2760 / 21 CFR); tea / scented products (osmanthus tea, incense).

It is a waxy concrete, so it is melted and diluted (in carrier oil or ethanol) rather than used neat. Formulators label appropriately (food vs cosmetic) and note it is a solvent-extracted osmanthus concrete (flower wax + aroma), distinct from a distilled oil.

Because it is precious and low-yield, keep use levels moderate and within IFRA / flavour norms.
