Do you sign a contract or quality agreement?
Yes. For B2B orders Top can sign a sales contract and, for ongoing supply, a quality agreement / LTA specifying grade, pack sizes, price mechanism, lead time, traceability and complaint handling.
For osmanthus concrete, Q/XXXX conformance is the working acceptance basis unless the contract states otherwise (the COA and GC-MS accompanying each lot are the evidence). We encourage buyers to attach their specification so both sides measure against the same numbers.
Contracts are in EN/CN as needed. For food use, the contract should cite GB 2760-2024 (osmanthus) and the buyer's food category, and state the solvent-residue accept limit.
