Do you supply diluted or blend-ready osmanthus concrete?
Yes. Beyond the neat concrete, Top can supply diluted forms (for example, pre-dissolved in a carrier oil such as jojoba / MCT, or in food-grade ethanol at a defined percent) for easier handling and lower-cost trials, or a pre-blended base per your formula.
Because this is a waxy concrete (not a volatile oil), dilution is by melting and blending with carrier oil or ethanol. Dilution medium and concentration are agreed per order and stated on the COA.
Note that dilution changes the measured specification window, so the COA always declares the actual concentration and base. Neat lots remain the default for buyers who formulate in-house.
For food use, confirm the dilution base is food-grade and label per GB 2760 / 21 CFR.
