Odour/Taste
Characteristic creamy, intensely sweet floral (white champaca) odour.
Because it is a natural aromatic material, the aroma is the natural Michelia alba DC. (white champaca) character. Sensory evaluation follows an in-house panel; Top provides the odour/flavour description on the COA and can supply a reference sample.
