Which plant part is the concrete extracted from?
From the fresh, just-opened jasmine sambac blossom — not leaf, stem or root. Top's COA states "raw material: fresh J. sambac flower".
Jasmine flowers are tiny and low-yield, and the fragrance peaks at night / early morning, so flowers are hand-picked at dusk and processed immediately (often the same night) into the concrete. The concrete carries the full floral wax + aroma complex (it is the "concrete", not the de-waxed "absolute"), so it is a paste/wax-like material — exactly why it is classed as a concrete rather than a fluid essential oil.
