What is the lead time from order to delivery?
Lead Time
Buffer-stock standard grade 3-7 days to dispatch; fresh extraction 10-20 days (flower sourcing plus extraction plus dewaxing plus QC plus documentation).
After dispatch, transit depends on incoterm (FOB Shanghai, sea to EU/US about 25-40 days; air 3-7 days). Top gives a firm dispatch date on the proforma and keeps the buyer updated.
Because jasmine is seasonal and weather/crop sensitive, order ahead — especially before the flowering season — to lock price and availability.
