How do you control batch-to-batch consistency?

We control consistency through locked raw-material sourcing, GC-MS fingerprint comparison on every batch, and organoleptic panel testing against a reference standard.

Consistency Control System

Control pointMethod
Raw materialFixed plantations + dusk-harvest window
ExtractionFixed solvent ratios, temperature, and duration per SOP
CompositionGC-MS compared against locked reference chromatogram
OrganolepticTrained panel scores aroma vs reference
ReleaseBatch passes QC only when fingerprint matches
DocumentationFull COA history archived per batch number
Because natural jasmine varies with weather and harvest window, we blend multi-day lots to a target profile and always retain a sealed reference sample of the approved standard. Any batch that drifts outside acceptance limits is re-blended or rejected — never shipped.

Your QC team can request the reference chromatogram and batch history at any time. Provide your acceptance tolerance (e.g., key constituent % windows) and we will document our conformance per batch within 24 hours.
