What is the appearance and color of your jasmine sambac absolute?

It is a viscous liquid to semi-solid paste, dark brown to reddish amber in color — the classic signature of a genuine, unadulterated jasmine absolute.

This dark, rich appearance comes from the concentrated plant waxes and pigments naturally carried through the solvent-extraction process — it is a marker of authenticity, not an impurity. Heavily diluted or adulterated product is lighter and thinner.

Because the absolute thickens below room temperature, we ship in aluminum or amber glass bottles sized for convenient handling, and every batch is accompanied by a GC-MS chromatogram confirming identity and purity. Send us your QC acceptance criteria (color reference, density limits) and we will confirm conformity with a pre-shipment COA within 24 hours.
