What quality control and in-house lab capabilities do you have?

Top operates in-house QC with: refractometer (Brix / soluble solids), titration unit (total acid), HPLC (total flavonoids — vitexin/hyperoside, and patulin per GB 5009.185), GC/assay for sugars (GB 5009.8), plus pH, microbiology (plate count, coliforms, mould/yeast) and heavy metals (food-safety). Out-of-spec lots are blocked.

We can arrange third-party verification (SGS, Eurofins) at buyer cost and keep retention samples for re-testing within shelf life. The patulin assay (GB 5009.185) is mandatory for hawthorn class and run on every lot.
