- Per-batch Brix / total-acid / total-flavonoid assay plus patulin not detected plus the COA species + "hawthorn fruit / aqueous concentrate" declaration (Crataegus pinnatifida, distinct from sugar-water or other fruit concentrate padding).
Top does not dilute with sugar-water or pad with other fruit concentrates; the COA states 100% pure hawthorn fruit concentrate (or the agreed dilution). The natural malic/citric acid ratio with the flavonoid (vitexin/hyperoside) pattern is the authenticity proof — sugar-water or other-fruit padding lacks this complex.
Lots failing the profile or the patulin/micro limits are blocked. For high-assurance needs we offer third-party verification (HPLC flavonoids / patulin).
