Is hawthorn concrete subject to CITES controls?

No. Crataegus pinnatifida is a widely cultivated fruit tree, not listed in CITES Appendices — no CITES permit required. It is a farmed orchard crop (northern China).

Top ships the standard food/export documents (invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS/SDS where applicable, certificate of origin, health certificate / phytosanitary on request). Normal food-safety regulation applies; no CITES hurdle exists for hawthorn concrete.
