Do you allow pre-shipment inspection (PSI) before loading?

Yes. Buyers or their inspector may perform pre-shipment inspection at Top's facility or the forwarder's warehouse before loading — verifying pack integrity, net weight, lot numbers, labelling and sealing, and drawing samples for independent lab tests (including the key markers and solvent residue for green-plum-concrete).

PSI also confirms correct sealed, labelled, food-grade packing. Top schedules PSI into the lead time and provides access to the lot and documents.

If PSI finds a discrepancy, we resolve it (re-pack, re-test, replace) before the cargo is booked. PSI is coordinated alongside the agreed Incoterm.
