Appearance

A brown to yellowish-brown viscous concrete/paste.

Odour/Taste

Characteristic sour, fruity green-plum odour.

Because it is a natural aromatic material, the aroma is the natural Prunus mume Siebold & Zucc. (green plum / Chinese plum) character. Sensory evaluation follows an in-house panel; Top provides the odour/flavour description on the COA and can supply a reference sample.

Store sealed, away from light/heat/moisture.
