What is your sample policy for this green mandarin oil?
We encourage sampling before any commercial commitment. Samples are dispatched from the same bulk tanks that serve commercial orders, so what you test is what you buy. The sample cost is credited back when you place a commercial order.

- The CoA travels with the sample so you can verify the physical constants yourself
- For perfumery evaluation we can also send a diluted 10% alcohol tincture if your lab prefers working in solution
- Because the oil is Class 3 flammable, courier samples ship under the carrier's dangerous-goods rules — standard for citrus oils
- Customs duties for samples are the receiver's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
- If you need samples of several oils, we combine them in one shipment to save freight
