What is the ordering process?
The ordering process is streamlined for B2B buyers: inquiry → quotation → sample (optional) → order confirmation → production → QC → shipping → delivery. Most first orders complete within 2-4 weeks depending on quantity and destination.

| 6. Balance & shipping | Pay balance; we arrange freight & docs | 1-3 days |
| 7. Delivery | Track until door/port | Varies by route |
- Before ordering, confirm your application (food/cosmetic/fragrance/pharma) so we allocate the right grade and documents
- Provide your destination port and required certificates to speed up the quotation
- For first orders, payment by T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance; after 2-3 orders we can discuss open credit terms
- Our sales engineer can help you choose grade and packaging for your specific product line
