Samples themselves are free for qualified buyers; you only pay the express freight. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days worldwide.

- We can dispatch samples the same day if requested before 12:00 (UTC+8) and the order confirmation is complete
- A sample tracking number is provided by email immediately after dispatch
- If a production order is placed within 60 days, the sample freight can be deducted from the order value (negotiable)
- Dangerous-goods (UN 1993 flammable liquid) surcharges may apply for air freight — we handle all DG documentation
