What IFRA restrictions and allergen declarations apply to this ylang ylang oil?

Ylang ylang oil is rich in fragrance allergens that must be declared above EU labeling thresholds, and IFRA restricts the use of certain naturally occurring constituents (e.g. methyl eugenol) — the finished-product formulator must follow IFRA standards.
