Does wintersweet flower wax require an allergen declaration?

Wintersweet flower wax is a **naturally derived botanical** and contains no added allergens, no gluten, no nuts and no animal-derived ingredients. However, like all natural aromatic materials, it contains naturally occurring aromatic compounds that must be declared under **EU Regulation 1223/2009 Annex III** if the finished product contains them above 0.001% (leave-on) or 0.01% (rinse-off). Naturally occurring components in this wax (e.g. linalool) fall under EU fragrance-allergen labelling rules. We provide a full **allergen declaration** and GC-MS data with each batch, so your regulatory team can assess the finished-product labelling requirements. For the US, FDA/MoCRA labeling requirements are also supported.
