Do you issue a Certificate of Analysis for every batch?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every batch and is the primary document for accepting, retesting and tracing your valerian oil. It covers the parameters below and is traceable by batch number.

- The COA is issued within 5 working days after production, before shipment
- GC-MS chromatogram is attached for identification and fingerprint comparison
- For export, we add an English COA with the same data set; EU batches can include allergen quantification and SDS
- Retained samples (24 months) allow independent re-testing at any time
- All COA fields reference the batch number, which is printed on the container label
