What is your production capacity for tuberose flower wax?
Our production capacity is defined by raw material supply as much as by processing lines. In plain terms:
| Item | Capacity |
|---|---|
| Processing lines | Dedicated solvent extraction + vacuum concentration line |
| Fresh flowers processed | Up to several tonnes per day in harvest season |
| Annual wax output | Limited by seasonal harvest (tuberose flowers once per year) |
| Storage capacity | Climate-controlled warehouse, 24-month shelf life supported |
Why Capacity Is Cautious
Tuberose yield is only 0.08–0.14%, so annual output is naturally capped. We advise contract customers to reserve production slots before the harvest season.
For steady supply we recommend:
- Annual framework contract with fixed monthly allocation
- Safety stock of 10–15% above your planned consumption
- Early ordering ahead of peak demand periods
Tell us your monthly consumption target — we will confirm whether our seasonal allocation can fully support it.
