How consistent is rose flower wax between batches?

As a natural botanical extract, rose flower wax shows small natural variations between harvests, but our quality system keeps them within tight, documented specifications so your formulations remain reproducible.

ParameterBatch Specification
Melting point50-62°C
AppearanceRed-brown to brown paste
AromaCharacteristic rose
Key compounds (citronellol, geraniol)Within GC-MS tolerance
Heavy metalsBelow regulatory limits
How we manage consistency: each batch is tested by GC-MS against a retained reference sample, and only batches within tolerance are released. If you order repeat batches, we can also blend several lots into one homogeneous production batch to further reduce variation for large orders.

For critical fragrance work, we recommend ordering a quantity that covers several production cycles from the same lot, or requesting the blended-lot service — the COA is issued for the blended lot as a single reference.

Tell us your acceptable tolerance range and we will confirm whether our standard spec meets it or we need a locked specification agreement.
