What payment terms do you accept for peppermint oil orders?
We offer flexible payment terms for peppermint oil orders: T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit) at sight, and Western Union for smaller amounts. Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the shipping documents, and long-term partners may apply for 30/70 or 40/60 credit terms.

Payment Details
- Bank details, including USD and EUR accounts, are issued on the PI
- The deposit secures your batch; production or stock reservation starts only after the deposit is received
- For L/C, we accept documents prepared under UCP 600; the draft should allow 5% quantity tolerance
- Currency options: USD, EUR and CNY; exchange-rate risk is shared by quotation on the value date
Notes
- The balance payment is required before release of the Bill of Lading; for air freight, before dispatch
- No prepayment of full value is required for standard T/T orders after mutual credit is established
- Payment reference must include your PI number so we can match the funds quickly
