How can I track my peppermint oil order?
You receive tracking information at every stage of your peppermint oil order: production photos when filling starts, batch number after QC release, container number and seal number after loading, and the Bill of Lading or courier waybill with live tracking once shipped.

How To Track
- Sea freight: track by container number on carrier websites (e.g. COSCO, Maersk, MSC) and our shared vessel schedule
- Air freight: track by AWB number on the airline or forwarder portal
- Courier: track by the DHL/FedEx/UPS waybill number, updates by e-mail and SMS
- Your dedicated sales engineer sends proactive updates and answers any delay questions
Notes
- Tracking details are shared within 24 hours of each milestone
- For LCL shipments, the forwarder provides a house BL; the shipping line provides a master BL
- If a vessel or flight is delayed, we inform you within one working day and coordinate the best alternative
- After arrival, we support your customs broker with any additional documents within one working day
