Which loading ports and Incoterms do you use for peppermint oil?

Peppermint oil is mainly shipped from Shanghai and Qingdao, with Ningbo, Guangzhou and Shenzhen available on request. We quote under EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP; FOB Shanghai and CIF are the most common choices for overseas buyers.

Notes

  • Because peppermint is a Class 3 flammable liquid (UN 1993), DG booking is subject to shipping-line acceptance; we confirm space before confirming the sailing date
  • FCL and LCL are both available; LCL for 25 kg drums from 2 pallets
  • Air freight available from Shanghai Pudong (PVG) and Guangzhou (CAN) for urgent orders up to about 1 t
  • Insurance under CIF is for 110% of invoice value covering all risks
