Which ports do you ship from, and which Incoterms do you support?
We ship from major Chinese export ports — Shenzhen, Shanghai and Guangzhou — with air freight from these hubs and express courier from our warehouse. Supported Incoterms:
- FOB (Shenzhen/Shanghai/Guangzhou) — most common for sea freight
- CIF / CFR — arranged with our forwarding partner
- EXW — for buyers managing their own logistics
- DDP / DAP — door-to-door for air and express shipments
