15–30 days for steam-distilled lots from available harvested roots; 30–45 days for supercritical CO2 and molecularly refined grades (including GC-MS verification and CITES export permit application); 6–9 months lead for special certification programs (FairWild/Halal/Kosher) and large quota-linked allocations. Production is scheduled only after the 30% deposit and, for CITES-required destinations, after the import-permit confirmation.
