What is the ordering process for this Nardostachys spikenard oil?

Five simple steps: (1) Send an inquiry (grade, quantity, destination) — we reply within 12 hours with a quotation and technical data; (2) Approve samples (free, freight collect) and confirm the specification/COA template; (3) Place the order — we issue a PI, you pay the 30% deposit; (4) Production and quality control — 15–45 days with COA, GC-MS and CITES documents prepared; (5) Shipment — balance payment, dispatch and tracking provided. For CITES destinations we start the export/import permit paperwork at step 3.
