Is this Nardostachys spikenard oil EU REACH and CLP compliant?

Yes. As a naturally occurring essential oil it follows the natural-substance provisions under REACH; we supply SDS in 23 EU languages per Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP) and support your registration position (phase-in natural substance). For cosmetics, the oil meets Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 — CPSR dossier and IFRA allergen declaration are available. Because spikenard is a CITES Appendix II species, EU imports also require the CITES import permit alongside our export permit; we provide all supporting documents.
