What is your production capacity for michelia leaf oil?
Our integrated production line is sized for both steady merchant supply and seasonal campaign peaks, thanks to the standard 1-5 m³ steam-distillation stills used for fresh-leaf processing.
Capacity Overview
| Parameter | Detail |
|---|---|
| Distillation units | 1-5 m³ steam stills (SS304/316L), batch process |
| Campaign capacity | Multiple tonnes per week during the harvest window |
| Yield reference | 0.2-0.3% oil per tonne of fresh leaf |
| Annual supply capability | Enough buffer to serve continuous year-round contracts; stock held in nitrogen-blanketed tanks |
| Filling | 10 mL to 25 kg lines plus bulk drums (up to 180-200 kg) |
How We Deliver Large Volumes
- Two or more stills run in parallel during peak season so output is not bottlenecked by one batch
- Fresh leaves are chopped to 3-5 mm before loading to improve extraction and throughput
- After distillation the oil is settled, filtered, nitrogen-blanketed and transferred to holding tanks
- For contract customers we can reserve production from the next campaign and agree delivery schedules in advance
- Each filling batch is sampled and QC-released before dispatch; drums are filled to a consistent net weight with batch-numbered labels
