Do you use temperature-controlled transport for lavender flower wax?
Lavender flower wax is stable at room temperature (melting point 50–64 °C), so temperature-controlled transport is not required for normal sea or air shipments.
Transport Temperature Guidance
| Condition | Recommended |
|---|---|
| Normal shipping | Room temperature is fine |
| Hot climate routes | Avoid prolonged heat above 40 °C |
| Winter routes | No special heating needed |
When Temperature Control Helps
- Summer sea freight to tropical destinations — use insulated cartons to avoid surface softening
- Desert routes — avoid direct sun exposure during transit
What We Do
- Use insulated liner or foil bags in hot-season shipments
- Mark cartons "Keep Cool, Avoid Direct Sunlight"
- Optional temperature logging devices on request
If your market requires temperature-logged transport, we can arrange it at additional cost — please confirm at quotation stage.
