Is lavender oil supply affected by seasonality?

Yes — lavender blooms once a year, and that single harvest drives the annual supply. We manage this by distilling at peak bloom, then holding buffer stock to cover the inter-season window.

Seasonal Supply Pattern

PhaseActivity
Bloom / harvestPeak distillation, freshest oil, best availability
Post-harvestStock accumulates, standard pricing
Inter-seasonBuffer stock serves orders; allocation may apply for large volumes
Next harvestNew-season oil released, COA updated
A poor bloom year (weather-driven) can tighten supply and lift prices — another reason we advise annual volume planning with us. We contract fields in advance and commit stock to regular partners first.

Share your forecasted annual volume and we will lock allocation and price stability across seasons.
