FAQ Header

Is the hydrosol tested for heavy metals and pesticide residues?

Yes — heavy metals and pesticide residues are tested on a regular basis and reported, supporting compliance with cosmetic and food-grade reference limits.

Test GroupTypical Reference Limits
Lead (Pb)≤ 10 mg/kg (cosmetic reference)
Arsenic (As)≤ 2 mg/kg
Mercury (Hg)≤ 1 mg/kg
Cadmium (Cd)≤ 5 mg/kg
Pesticide residuesPer applicable standard (e.g., GB 2763 / EU MRLs where required)
Results are summarized on the COA, and full third-party test reports can be arranged on request. Because the flowers are distilled with pure steam, residues concentrate almost entirely in the still residues — the hydrosol itself is typically very clean.

Send the limit values of your target market and we will run the corresponding test method and include it in the COA.
