How is the jasmine sambac hydrosol produced?

Our jasmine sambac hydrosol is produced by steam distillation of fresh jasmine blossoms, collected as the saturated water phase co-produced with jasmine essential oil.

Process Overview

StageDetail
HarvestFresh flowers hand-picked at dusk at peak fragrance
LoadingFlowers loaded into steam distillation still within hours
DistillationLow-pressure steam carries volatile and water-soluble actives
SeparationEssential oil and hydrosol separated; hydrosol is the water phase
CoolingCold-trap loop preserves low-boiling aroma compounds
FillingAseptic filling into PET or aluminum containers
Because the flowers are distilled immediately after dusk picking, the hydrosol keeps the full green-tea fresh top note and the intense sweet-indolic jasmine body that defines premium Arabian jasmine water.

Every batch passes sensory, physico-chemical and microbiological QC before release. Send your spec for the detailed process and QC documentation.
