How do you ensure consistency between batches?

We control consistency with four locked steps: standardized raw-flower sourcing, fixed distillation parameters, post-distillation blending to specification, and GC-MS fingerprint verification on every batch.

Consistency Control

Control PointMeasure
Raw materialContracted farms, grade per NY/T 2303-2013
ProcessFixed steam parameters, same stills, monitored cycles
BlendingCross-lot blending to a target marker profile
VerificationGC-MS fingerprint + sensory panel on every batch
Each batch is compared against the master chromatographic profile; key markers (linalool, linalool oxide, α-terpineol, geraniol) must fall inside set tolerance windows or the lot is re-blended or rejected. The COA records the actual values, so your QC can compare incoming lots against the same master.

Request a three-batch consistency package (three GC-MS fingerprints + COAs) to verify lot-to-lot stability before you commit to a program.
