Is the oil IFRA-compliant, and which allergens must be declared on the label?

The oil is supplied with an IFRA compliance declaration and a full allergen list based on GC-MS data, so your finished fragrance can be formulated within current IFRA Standards and EU allergen labeling (Regulation 1223/2009 Annex III) thresholds.
