How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency across seasons?

Every batch is GC-MS fingerprinted and matched against reference chromatograms from the approved sample; density, refractive index and optical rotation are checked against GB 1886.274-2016 limits, and out-of-spec lots are blended or rejected before release.

We keep a master reference chromatogram per season and blend lots to match it, so your formula stays stable batch after batch — critical for branded perfumery and cosmetics where drift means relabeling. Sample-matched production is our standard practice.

Provide your acceptance tolerances and we will state them in the supply agreement as the release criteria.
