How is the oil used in aromatherapy for cooling, eye strain and relaxation?

In aromatherapy the oil is used for its cooling, calming and eye-soothing character — rooted in traditional Chinese use of chrysanthemum tea for eye health and heat-clearing — via diffusion, inhalation and diluted massage.

Aromatherapy Uses

UseMethodDirection
Cooling & de-stressDiffusion2–5 drops in a diffuser
Eye-strain comfortInhalation1–2 drops on tissue, breathe gently
Calming massageMassage2–4 drops per 10 mL carrier oil

Always dilute for skin contact; avoid the eye area directly, and keep away from children and pets. These are wellness-support applications, not medical claims — we recommend brands use compliant wording ("traditional aromatherapy use").
