How should I evaluate the sample and test stability in my formula?

We recommend a four-step evaluation: organoleptic check, physical checks, formula screening and accelerated stability — the sample's batch number lets you tie all results back to production data.

StepWhat to Check
1. OrganolepticAroma strength and character vs. your reference
2. PhysicalpH (4.0–6.0), appearance, miscibility with your water phase
3. Formula screeningInclusion in your toner/emulsion at target rate
4. Accelerated stabilityHeat–cool cycles, light exposure, 3-month RT stability
Keep a sealed control sample of the same batch for comparison during your trials. If you observe odor drift, check storage temperature and container closure first — preservative-free hydrosol is sensitive to heat and repeated opening.

Send us your stability protocol and we will share the corresponding batch data to support your assessment.
