FAQ Header

How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency across harvests?

We control consistency through a GC-MS fingerprint system (ISO 11024-based) plus fixed processing parameters, so each batch matches the agreed reference within tight tolerances.

Consistency Controls

ControlMethod
GC-MS fingerprintEvery batch profiled; key markers (ocimene, linalool, leaf tiglate, jasmine lactone) kept within spec
Fixed process parametersSame distillation conditions, blossom pre-treatment and staff procedures across lots
BlendingSmall seasonal deviations corrected by blending batches to target profile
Retained samplesEach batch retained 3 years for arbitration
COA comparisonBatch COA issued against your approved reference sample
Natural oils vary with weather and blossom maturity, but our tolerance control keeps variations within what your perfumer or formulator will not notice. Where a batch drifts, we hold it back rather than ship it.

Provide your reference sample or GC target and we will match it across all future batches.
