What packaging materials and sizes are available?
Packaging favors sealed, labelled, low-oxygen, food-grade formats: amber/dark glass or aluminium-lined pouches (100-500 g) for premium lots, food-grade drums (1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg). We pack sealed, labelled, and (for long storage) with oxygen absorbers. Keep away from heat and light. Damaged-pack claims are handled per the Incoterms and our complaint process. Packs are chosen to be compatible with the material form.
Is this yellow-chrysanthemum-concrete organic or wildcrafted?
Top sources from contracted cultivated bases; wildcrafted grade is not standard. Organic certification (EU 2018/848, NOP / USDA, or equivalent) can be arranged for dedicated lots from certified-organic sources, subject to segregated handling and lead-time / premium. Conventional (non-organic) lots are the default. Top can issue a non-GMO declaration; the COA states whether a lot is organic-certified or conventional. For organic Yellow Chrysanthemum Concrete, tell Top early so we reserve a certified run.
What is your order process and typical steps?
Typical flow: (1) inquiry with grade / volume / pack / destination; (2) Top sends proforma invoice plus FOB quote plus specs (Q/XXXX); (3) buyer confirms and pays deposit (or opens L/C); (4) Top produces / picks stock, runs QC plus assay plus sensory, issues COA; (5) shipment with full documents; (6) after-sales (traceability, re-test, complaint channel). For new buyers we may start with a sample order. Lead times follow the agreed schedule. Top keeps one point of contact so the buyer always knows the order status.
Is there a national or ISO standard for yellow-chrysanthemum-concrete?
There is no single-product GB or ISO standard for wild-chrysanthemum concrete. Top builds the spec on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP 2020) as the botanical reference, plus Q/XXXX enterprise standard (GB 5009 series, GB 4789 series), with herbal/fragrance positioning. Must-test: flavonoid content, solvent residue, Pb/As/Cd/Hg, total plate count, mould & yeast. Background: Chrysanthemum indicum is a traditional Chinese herb in the Pharmacopoeia; its concrete has no dedicated ISO or single-product GB.. Methods: flavonoids by HPLC; solvent residue by GB 5009.262; contaminants by GB 5009 series; micro by GB 4789 series. Buyers may name Q/XXXX as acceptance basis.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ: 1 kg (samples 5-10 g available). Because yellow-chrysanthemum-concrete is a processed natural material, trial quantities are supported. Standard commercial packs: 1 kg (sealed pouch / drum), 5 kg and 25 kg food-grade drums. Recurring / contract volumes get priority allocation. If you need below 1 kg for lab evaluation, contact Top — we may supply a paid micro-sample. MOQ and pack options are confirmed on the quotation.
Can we set up a long-term supply agreement (LTA)?
Yes. For steady volume, Top recommends an LTA / annual framework that reserves processing slots and raw-material sourcing ahead, stabilizes price (with a review mechanism) and prioritizes your allocation. The LTA specifies grade (Q/XXXX or your spec), pack size, volume bands, lead time, quality agreement and complaint handling. Buyers under an LTA get buffer-stock priority and a dedicated contact.
What is the lead time from order to delivery?
Lead time: buffer-stock standard grade 3-7 days to dispatch; fresh batch 10-20 days (sourcing plus processing plus QC plus documentation). After dispatch, transit depends on incoterm (FOB Shanghai, sea to EU/US about 25-40 days; air 3-7 days). Top gives a firm dispatch date on the proforma and keeps the buyer updated.
What defines the composition of yellow-chrysanthemum-concrete?
It is a flavonoid-rich herbal concrete (flavones such as luteolin / acacetin glycosides), a herbal class rather than an edible-oil class whose identity markers are flavonoid glycosides with camphor/borneol-type herbal volatiles. Top fingerprints HPLC for flavonoids and GC for the herbal volatile fingerprint as authenticity/quality markers. Top fingerprints the flavonoid/volatile profile and screens for synthetic flavonoid or solvent adulteration. Each COA reports flavonoid content, solvent residue (GB 5009.262), heavy metals and micro; the identity is the natural Chrysanthemum indicum L. (wild chrysanthemum) profile, not a single volatile oil.
Which Incoterms do you support?
Top commonly trades on FOB (Shanghai / Qingdao), CIF / CFR, EXW, and DAP / DDP by agreement. FOB is default for most B2B buyers (you arrange main freight and insurance). For buyers wanting simplicity we can quote CIF/CFR (we arrange freight) or DAP/DDP (delivered to your door with duties handled). The chosen Incoterm is stated on the proforma and affects who books freight and where risk transfers. Tell Top your preference and we will align documentation.
