What packaging materials and sizes are available?
Because hawthorn concrete is a water-based, food-grade, pH/acid-sensitive concentrate (it can ferment/mould or darken on exposure), packaging favors food-grade, sealed, light-protected, low-oxygen formats: sealed pouches (100-500 g) for premium lots, food-grade drums (1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg). We pack sealed, labelled, and (for long storage) with oxygen absorbers / aseptic.Keep away from heat and light; refrigeration recommended for long storage. Damaged-pack claims are handled per the Incoterms and our complaint process.Because it is acidic, packs must be acid-compatible (e.g., HDPE / lined).
Is this hawthorn concrete organic or wildcrafted?
Hawthorn is a cultivated orchard crop (wildcrafted does not apply). Organic certification (EU 2018/848, NOP / USDA, or equivalent) can be arranged for dedicated lots from certified-organic hawthorn orchards, subject to segregated handling and lead-time / premium.Conventional (non-organic) lots are the default. Top can issue a non-GMO declaration; the COA states whether a lot is organic-certified or conventional.For organic hawthorn concrete, the fruit sourcing and aqueous extraction must be under organic control — tell Top early so we reserve a certified run.

What defines the composition of hawthorn concrete?
It is an aqueous fruit concentrate whose identity markers are organic acids (malic / citric acid, total acid), soluble solids (Brix), and total flavonoids (e.g., vitexin / hyperoside-type) — the characteristic hawthorn fruit-acid / fruity / slightly astringent profile.
